- This offer is valid only for the organisation with a minimum of 10 users to a maximum of 99 users (Please contact if you have 100 or more users)
- A service level agreement needs to be sighed by both parties before Techants gets involved with the support agreement.
- The client should not represent Managed IT or any IT service-related industry.
- This offer only applies to remote support using existing remote screen share support tools.
- This support does not cover new implementations or changes to any existing infrastructure
- All required infrastructure-related information needs to be shared by the client before the support activity initiates.
- Any disaster recovery or DR planning or implementation is not covered by this offer.
- Any hardware, parts, software, or licensing required by the client is not covered in this arrangement.
- This technical support strictly covers the employee of the client company, vendors, clients, contractors or suppliers, or users from associated organisations are covered with this offer.
- Both parties can withdraw from this one-month agreement with mutual understanding.
- 30days after the initial one-month trial period, Techants cannot be held liable for any work that has been done within the trial period unless the client agrees to continue the business relationship.
- Techants reserves the right to introduce or amend any terms stated above if we believe this is not covered with fair usages policy.
